Like the culture. Is very dynamic in its training environment. I’ve seen steady improvement in the last couple of years in the training model. Good director, very accessible and open to discussion on processes improvement. Dedicated to improving the workplace. People willing to help in your success.

Cons

ODP has not increased salaries base since 2019. Understanding the compensation plan is difficult. The quarterly goals are very slow to be announced. Not a lot of opportunity in the Austin location. Most are in the FL offices.
