      Pros

      The people are great, welcoming and lovely.

      Cons

      Management is unable to weed out incompetence, promoting people, especially within the sales team to positions of power. They take advantage of those who work hard and demolish relationships. It’s pathetic. Also shows very weak leadership from above that these practices still exist.

      inclusive, great teamwork environment that encourages collaboration to find solutions

      Departmental cross-training was lacking when i was hired and is still deficient for new hires with minimal industry experience

      Since OEC operates in an assembly line style environment, new hires are trained specifically for the department they were selected for. OEC Group conducts bi-annual performance review periods where management will intervene when an employee's performance is of concern. At the same time, management will recognize star performers.
