1. Culture is very corporate and the people that "don't believe that" are in senior roles or are from the older generation 2. Inclusivity and Diversity are 100% not a priority, but rather something they want in order to check off the box 3. Younger folks typically won't thrive at OEC because the culture is rooted in traditional Asian beliefs when it comes to nearly every aspect of the business

For instance, upper management has an open-door policy, and we host many team building activities to allow for strong working relationships. Thanks for your feedback on your experience. The Account Executive role focuses on building a book of business which requires making a high volume of cold calls to prospective customers. OEC Group's office is strategically located near JFK Airport due to the nature of the shipping industry. After staying with the company for a certain period of time we are able to provide our employees with a parking pass. In the meantime, we encourage to use the free residential street parking in the area!
