      Good starting point in logistics career

      Pros

      Co-workers and managers are helpful and approachable. Not too much office drama. Office parties, department dinners, team building events.

      Cons

      Huge turnover rate because the salary is low compared to other companies. Most managers/supervisors are not quitting anytime soon so limited chances of upward mobility.

      Since OEC Group is a fast growing company, we have given opportunities for our employees to cross train in different departments! Looking back on 2019, OEC has opened 3 new offices and have promoted employees into more senior positions to help start up these locations!

      OEC Group offers floating holidays in addition to company holidays, paid vacation and sick time! This allows the employees more flexibility to choose their holidays off, including your birthday!
