You can barely finish your daily tasks within 8 hrs. No overtime pay Benefit package premium for a month is too expensive Totally family oriented No growth opportunities at all Very high turnover rate

OEC understands that the market situation is very demanding and we want our employees to have a comfortable work-life balance. Employees that have any concerns are always encouraged to speak with their manager and the HR department whenever needed. Performance is formally evaluated twice a year giving growth to strong performers for promotions, transfers and additional earning opportunities.

They have weekly fun team activities and free lunches on Fridays. Semi-casual office settings.

Cons

Extremely high expectations for work volume. Did not expect to be doing one thing over and over again all day. The work was tedious and people who have been there for over 3 years are basically doing the exact same work as when they were hired but with higher expectations for volume of work completed in a day. Three month wait for benefits.
