During OEC Group's 90 day introductory period, we focus heavily on training and team work! Once employees complete training we offer fully paid medical, dental and vision insurance, as well vacation, personal and floating days. Additionally, OEC Group provides opportunities for a performance based salary adjustment and bonus!

Benefit is only decent but they work you hard and expect a lot.

OEC Group has many levels to our management that allow for our employees to have opportunities for growth. Whether that be a promotion, a chance to work on a new project, or transfer to a new department, OEC likes to work with our employees to find a long term relationship!

Pros

A lot of opportunity to learn and network. We are able to work from home due to Covid. There were no Covid layoffs. Time off, Health benefits and 401K 3% match available.

Cons

Pay is not really competitive. OEC is a fun company with a lot of benefits like a holiday party, fishing trip and weekly lunches. It would be better to allocate that money towards your employees annual salaries. This would help to retain better quality employees.
