Toxic Workplace at OEC Group

Paid training and eventually get benefits. 1 hour lunch.

Cons

Toxic workplace with supervisor and other coworker. I coworker named Kevin was an excellent worker and amazing trainer. Very toxic, micromanagement, inadequate training and too impatient coworkers who expected everyone to get everything right on their first try when they're new to the job. Physical (poking and staring and micromanaging) and mental abuse, truly horrific experience. I still am struggling coping with the aftermath to this day.

OEC Group has implemented a comprehensive 5 week training program to teach our new hires about the freight forwarding industry, OEC's processes and the computer systems used daily. It's unfortunate to hear that you did not find this training experience valuable. It is our mission to ensure that our employees are setup for success through the training program and the management teams support!
