Pros

Very involved company. They offered training in other offices which helps you understands all of the different job duties within the company. Very informative training.

Cons

A lot to take in all at once. A little overwhelming.

Pros

The environment is very family orientated. I don't regret joining the company. Even though I work less than other employees, I still get included in the activities. These people are amazing to work with!

Cons

Not much cons... the AC is on constantly? so bring a sweater, makes it cozier.

Friendly co-workers, who are willing to help.

Cons

-Horrible training. I was trained in a department I thought i would be working. After training was complete I was moved to an entirely new department, in which I received little to no training in. It made the training I learned useless . I was also never properly trained in the new department. I was forced to learn everything as I went. The first day I worked in that department my boss handed me a piece of paper with instructions and told me to get to work. -Also, when management had to talk to their employees rather than treat them with respect, they would belittle them every chance they got. That made the work environment rather toxic, because employees would dread talking to their boss. -Work is hectic and many employees stay later without overtime.
