      The workload makes the time fly by. Their are various office events that make it an enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      There are few signs of moving upward, many individual are there for years with no signs of advancement

      Cons

      Poor management. Upper management is selfish, back stabbing, and sneaky. Power driven with no long term vision for the company. Turn over rate is insane in this company. Heavy workload with low pay.

      It's a job to build experience in the Import Export world. Company dinners if you are into that sort of thing.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional. Work load is top heavy. Compensation is below average.
