Pros

Good place to learn and understand the business. You can gain good experience. Multicultural team members. In general good environment and nice offices.

Cons

There's no room for advancement. You need to be related to somebody or really like management to get a promotion. Extremely strict with schedule, if you work late is OK but if you arrive 5 minutes late they send you an email asking you to don't do it again.
