Great team and benefits, but poor upper management decisions

- Good salary - Valuable benefits - Awesome direct team members to work with - Highly skilled mid management

Cons

- Shortsighted upper management decisions - EEA expansion was a huge failure - No transparency whatsoever, employees are treated as "resources", not actual people with a livelihood behind them, no option for changing position within the company due to constant layoffs in almost every department, which means no option to get in higher positions and career path either

High pay but extreme stress and competition

High Pay and good corporate benefits like insurance and other factors.

Cons

Super high stress, really fast work pace, no room for error and high culling rate. No stability as they like to cut once every 4-5 months and every team mate is more of a competitor than a colleague.
