Pros

New leadership team in place, looking to drive real change in the quality of the work we do. Renewed focus on Plan sustainability that goes beyond investment results.

Cons

Still a hierarchical place, where politics find their way into day to day interactions. At times, feels like a bank, when OMERS is much smaller and should be able to be much nimbler. Management is working on it
