Pros

Although the bottom line is important, OMT-Veyhl focuses on employee wellbeing and happiness. The leadership creates daily positive experiences for employees which builds a long lasting relationships. Employees feel appreciated and are recognized for excellent work. OMT-Veyhl nurtures a work culture where both employers and employee share constructive feedback with each other so that everyone can work in a way that’s best for the company.

Pros

Supporting team for the first few months, very friendly and all smiles. Plenty of parking and free coffee and limited bathroom access.

Cons

The president is lacking high-level professionalism, yelling, screaming, cussing, shaking both fists in the air, openly saying degrading comments about employees behind there backs. This is standard and accepted as a good practice; everybody is wondering when they will be next to be fired, very volatile environment and personally offensive to me.
