Can't think of any from my time there

Cons

Management, the CEO particularly, refuses to listen to ideas other than his own. He only hires yes-men who will always agree with him only tell him good news while constantly putting out fires to hide them. Whenever the fires become apparent, the inner circle shrinks until a replacement is found
