Pros

- Great team spirit - Excellent products - Inclusive culture - Minimal politics - Growing company which presents opportunity, and also helps drive overall internal positivity - Small enough to care about individual employees, but large enough to have global impact in the market

Cons

- Slight US bias, but that is changing as EMEA (and APAC) becomes larger share of overall company.
