Pros

None I can think of. Being fully remote and having benefits is just bare minimum in today's day and age. Nothing special especially since benefits weren't 100%

Cons

Where do I begin. This was the WORST company I've ever worked for in my professional career with the worst management. - Pay: This company pays very low for a SaaS company. For context, when I left I literally doubled my salary doing the exact same job. They are terrible with raises and they changed the structure for your quota attainment so its basically impossible to hit quota all so they don't have to pay you. Additionally, when I got promoted they didn't process my promotion and it took getting c-suite involved for it to get resolved SHADY. - The product: The platform promises more leads/conversions due to the advanced analytics and engagement drivers. However, we host events on our own platform and can't even get conversions. A prospect engagement profile will be a 10 yet they ghost us soooo if we can't even get conversions on our own platform, doesn't is seem shady to sell it to others? Especially at a $30k price tag. - Management: There is a constant lack of communication and transparency between management. I will hear something from one manager, another manager will say something contradicting, I will call it out, then there's a whole fiasco on what the source of truth is. Made my job extremely complicated being between managers and their bickering. Additionally, my particular manager should not have been a manager. He was never clear on expectations, you could not talk to him as he would just reiterate the same advice, claimed we could talk to him but would just stare at you blindly. **BONUS** when I told him my dad passed away and I would need time off he literally responded "okay" only to sign a company card later wishing condolences.... fake. Our new upper management changed all kinds of rules of engagement that wasn't broken employees are just miserable and morale was at an all time low. - Growth opportunities: They promise you can grow at this company yet they hire externally. Multiple SDRs have been there for 2+ years that are waiting around to be an AE yet they will hire someone externally with an AE title who don't know anything about the product. You will never get promoted here, and quite frankly maybe you don't want to given how most the sales org aren't hitting their numbers or selling anything. - RACISM: The best part yet and the cherry on top of it all. In a group chat with multiple managers in it, two co-workers made "jokes" about Asians eating c@ts and d0gs. There was LAUGHING in the chat until I, an Asian woman, entered and said "What do you mean? Why is that funny?" suddenly I was getting a bunch of apologies in a separate chat instead of publicly noting this is wrong. I went to my manager, my VP, and HR and nothing became of this incident, and it was never disapproved of that we do not tolerate that behavior. Clearly, that behavior is welcomed and had I not been there it would have just stayed under the radar. Best part is the people who made those comments are pursuing leadership opportunities!

Pros

Co-workers are great and everyone is doing the best they can with limited resources. Good flexibility Lots of learning opportunities (because you're on your own most of the time and have to figure it out or you will fail)

Cons

Management has no clue to amount of work they are asking people to do, nor do they care CEO rules by fear

Pros

Like most reviews I've read that people here are pretty nice. It's a nice location and the products, while not innovative or cutting edge are solid and marketers need what on24 provides.

Cons

Company started in 1999 I think. When they do finally sell it's going to go all to the VCs and a handful of execs. They employees are going to get next to nothing because the are just common stock holders. I've done my research. There has been so much money put into this company, that the board’s preferred stock is going to take most if not all of the money from the sale. Very good article in the NY Times: When a Unicorn Start-Up Stumbles, Its Employees Get Hurt.
