Decent base and they were ahead of the market

Cons

This place is a dumpster fire! All amazing leadership has left and sold stock. All tenured VP's have transitioned as well. It's Sharat and his army of task takers. NO FEMALE LEADERSHIP Massive lack of diversity

Pros

The pros were a remote work from home option for most, however that has quickly evolved as face to face events and meetings are returning in 2022. The sales team has created a very defined training and onboarding process which marketing is invited to, but is not the primary audience, so many topics could seem disconnected.

Cons

The leaders in this function have a need to manage daily operations for every team member regardless of seniority or tenure. Project objectives change rapidly and often without details or known root cause. Communication occurs heavily through IMs and passing comments in meetings without agendas or takeaway actions which can cause confusion and ambiguity. Also a very PowerPoint heavy culture. Some decks are 100+ slides but are not always kept up to date, causing an issue of how to find the the best source of information.

Pros

Do you know what all of the 5* positive reviews have in common? They are all written by the same person (HR) and they are not real. Just look at them and how they are all almost identical. The CEO instructs HR to write them to boost the score to counter the real ones. I think as we are now a Public Company this might actually be illegal.

Cons

The entire problem rests with the CEO and always has done. He’s an absolute tyrant and shouldn’t be in charge of a golf buggy let alone a public company. This is a very competitive market now since Covid, but his micromanagement makes it impossible for sales to do their job. Look up the word Machiavellianism on google for further insight into our despicable leader.
