      Pros

      While working here, I came to understand what it means to have a leadership team that is genuinely interested in developing its employees. Outstanding leadership, excellent guidance, and support from colleagues.

      Pros

      Good health insurance 4 weeks of PTO Benefits are decent overall, but they have decreased them over time.

      Cons

      Removed hybrid work environment under the guise of collaboration (I talk to nobody in person, all day, everyday). Differing rules for different employees in the same department. Lack of support from HR Retaliatory HR department. Micromanagement. Low Pay - You will never reach your midpoint (even though HR says you should be at your midpoint once you are full trained). Over 10 years here, and I've never been at midpoint, Company is typical corporate America. They will increase your responsibilities, but not increase your pay. Annual raises are usually around 3%, if that. You will only ever meet expectations.
