Pros

Pay is good benefits are good. That's about it. I have no other pros to give this place is hope they do a restructure on how they do things.

Cons

Was terminated and the way there process is very shady had 90 day probation period. Very "UNION" company. If they don't like you. They don't like you even if your doing the right thing. No worries though they won't give you the guidance and help if you ask for it. Like I said watch your back. Be careful what you say and who you talk to cause they'll stab you in the back.

Cons

This company has changed beyond it's own control. Removing HR from being onsite at locations has created a atmosphere where managers and supervisors feel like they can do and treat employees however they want with no repuercutions. A Hostile environment that has turned into employees not having a voice, it has created a do what we say or leave atmosphere on all aspects of leadership. Over the years I have witnessed so many levels of unprofessionalism by "leadership" including degrading employees. When employees have reached out to "HR" they were retaliated against. When I first started with this company which was owned by a diffrent company they were all about their employees. They then went independent and it has to turned into the opposite where employees seem to be their least concern. They will preach safety but only when its beneficial and will say employees are at fault any chance they get. They do not follow their own policies they have in place and seems to be every location is diffrent because local management feels they can run their locations however they want regardless of policies. If you would like to move into diffrent departments make sure you are good friends with the hiring managers as managers make promises to employees about positions before they are available which eliminates any fair process or best qualified. They say it is just competitive. Within my time here I have seen this company take away so much from its employees and try to convince them it is a good thing, older employees just lost a week of sick leave and described it as a transition to 100% paid short term injury. Wages are decent not as competitive as they like to persuade everyone they are, jobs use to be classified by departments but NOW any hire into other departments is considered a lateral move so you won't get a raise for atleast a year. Your responsibilities will increase for the same wages. Don't let your drive cam go off while driving you will always be at fault.
