The benefits are very good.

Cons

HR needs to send anonymous management review forms online yearly to employees like other major energy companies. This allows HR to see moral, harassment, and positive or negative feedback on their supervisors. Teams with high turnover rates indicate one thing and that is "A good boss at bad job is better than a bad boss at good job." Yes men are given raises over others even if they are late, leave early, and unskilled. Do not come to ONEOK in Texas.

Good company to work for. There are things that can be improved, but for the most part managers are working to improve every aspect

Cons

Pay seems to be just below the industry standard. Bonuses are a measured on some factors outside of employees control
