      Work from home. Coworkers were nice. Fun activities.

      Cons

      No scrum master. No dedicated product owner for some teams. Unrealistic deadlines pushed hard by upper management.

      Was a great place to work, but started drifting downhill

      Pros

      Generally a relaxed atmosphere, friendly employees, management seems to actually care about their team members as individuals. They continue to innovate. Teams are given the opportunity to influence processes, tools, and technologies used.

      Cons

      The print industry is shrinking, making several things harder (retaining talent, keeping sales up, providing the same benefits that made it a great place to work in the first place.)
