      Pros

      Takes part in corporate community games.

      Cons

      Does not give raises. Most managers are not college educated and have no experience. This results in unhappy employees.

      The people are very nice, the interview process is basically to see how you would assimilate into the group which is very important.

      Cons

      Lots of improvement could be done to improve customer experience.
