Thank you for your feedback, we love to hear that you are able to gain valuable connections through working with other committed professionals. Professional environments like ours do at times require people to go above and beyond, we are a service environment and we have to fulfil the needs of our clients. However we do have a hybrid environment where our employees have the ability to balance work and life needs. If this has got out of kilter and you are not able to find a sensible balance then please speak to your line manager or local People Team so we can find a way to support you.

Pros

Remote working was the only bonus

Cons

There was so much workplace bullying that I often cried after work and gave me anxiety and depression. Not a great place to work as a first out of uni job

I am sorry to have read your review. Our company takes our values and our Ethical Business Practice policy very seriously. We have several ways to raise any concerns within our organisation, confidentially if needed, and these would then be investigated. We are not aware of any allegations that have been raised through our reporting channels or relevant teams and we are not aware of any behaviours that you mention within our organisation. If however, you would like to raise your concerns confidentially, please do contact Louise Whitehouse, VP People & Culture - UK, Europe & ROW or Lisa Dodman, Chief People Officer

We note that you recognize there are opportunities to progress, and at the same time you feel over-worked. We would encourage you to talk to your line manager if you haven't already to discuss your resource situation, and/or speak directly with your Centre of Execellence lead about how to address the workload and distribution of it. We will find a better solution, please do speak to us.
