Pros

Great training & onboarding, and good attempt at socializing during COVID. Lovely clients and fantastic exposure to a wide variety of scenarios and indications.

Cons

Poor pay for hours worked, ridiculous overtime, very understaffed, undervalued and mostly senior management have no problem lying to junior members whilst keeping clear of making any valuable changes.

Thank you for your feedback, we are on a journey of change and still have some steps to take to ensure all of our processes are global and consistent. That said, we have put significant focus around leadership development and introducing mentoring programs and a new centralised promotions process which will mean promotions will also be supported with a personal development plan. That said we also believe in giving talent opportunities which is a great thing for businesses to do. We are pleased to hear that you enjoy your client projects and the offices we have. We are aware that there is still a path of improvements ahead of us.
