We continue to look for ways to make the employee experience better and your feedback does call out many of the initiatives that are underway and set to take priority in 2024. We are looking at career progression and advancement structures across all teams as well as launching some key learning and development opportunities to help managers provide the support their teams are needing. Working from home does require an approach that is very different to being in the office every day and so where you may find this challenging, we would encourage you to speak to your manager or people team who can help you to find a workable balance.
