OPEN Health reviews

Thank you for your comments, much like other organisations, we are going through change. Much of the change we face is positive change, our business has grown rapidly and this has meant we have needed to pivot so that change can be fully embraced throughout our organisation. The post covid world has brought many different opportunities throughout individuals careers and this means not only do people sometimes choose to leave but it also means we create opportunity to bring onboard new talent as well. An ever evolving organisation is normal in the post covid world. That said, we have recently asked our employees to provide comments around our OPEN to Change survey, this is because adapting to change can sometimes be difficult and we therefore want to take onboard the views of our employees so that we can help nurture the ability to deal with change more effectively.

Thank you for your comments, we continue to work hard to create new learning experiences and listen to our employees so that we can improve the way we communicate. We have recently launched UPdate which is our weekly newsletter so that we can ensure all of our employees hear the same news wherever they are based in the world.
