We would encourage you to talk to your line manager if you haven't already to discuss your resource situation, and/or speak directly with your Centre of Execellence lead about how to address the workload and distribution of it. 3ySome of our processes are more time consuming than we would like. With work underway to introduce our new ERP/HRIS systems, this will allow for digitalisation and also room for us to re-evaluate the processes which have become heavily manual and time consuming.
