It's ok - but it's not for everyone

Pros

Encountered friendly and talented people. Had a variety of interesting and cool projects with big brands. The company has an exciting outlook for the future. The London offices are nice.

Cons

The workload is intense. I often stayed after hours till very late and sometimes worked at weekends. The younger staff is not really looked after that well, might be because everybody is so busy. Most of the people are mainly working from home and for some, it's a good thing, but I felt that there was no genuine connection within the team: divisions/units or even the company altogether.

We really appreciate you taking the time to give feedback. The wellbeing of our people is very important to us, we are working on many initiatives including Mental Health at Work to ensure that, as we grow, we continue to focus on our people. We agree that we have a great team of people and are lucky to have some fantastic office locations around the globe!
