      High workload the norm, frequently staff found overwhelmed at all levels of the company, lack of support and training for MW level up, communication between staff levels compromised

      In a portfolio business such as ours, some parts of the business achieve and, in some cases, overachieve. When this happens, bonuses are paid. Unfortunately, achieving the targets set is not always realized and in those situations bonuses would not be payable. We are looking forward to a great year in 2023!
