      Pros

      Working at OPEN Health for the last 5 years has opened up many opportunities for me. The leadership team listens, provides support and allows you to own your role. I truly enjoy working the global teams of dedicated people and having the flexibility to take time off when needed. The remote working options have provided options through the pandemic and allowed me to maintain work life balance.

      Cons

      There are times when extra hours are needed to meet a deadline, although we are then encouraged to take the time back once the project is complete.
