I enjoy working at OPEN Health because the company is made up of great people who share similar values and goals. Everyone works hard but also recognizes the importance of a good work/life balance. My colleagues are like family to me. There are many great opportunities to grow in your career with OPEN Health. My teams and manager were very supportive of my career transfer between departments. My managers are properly invested in my career path and care about my success and happiness. Throughout my years with the company, I have consistently received outstanding support from my colleagues, manager, and senior team. As a working mom, I am grateful too for the flexible working environment OPEN Health offers.

Pros

Since starting at OPEN almost 4 years ago I have been given the chance to have three career moves. I am so grateful that when they say they nurture the talent they have, they aren't wrong! What makes working at OPEN better, aside from being given opportunities that I wouldn't get anywhere else, is certainly the people! I can't imagine working somewhere where the people aren't as inspiring, amazingly smart and just do gooders as they are at OPEN. I am really so thankful for the opportunities I've been given and I can't wait to see what the future holds!

Cons

Of course when a company is growing there can be some challenges, which is normal, but it's safe to say my biggest con right now is the fact that wine time and the biscuit tin are still on hold due to restrictions.

- I have been at OPEN Health for around 6 years now and I have worked with some incredible, inspirational people that have supported my growth - OPEN Health is about it's people and it's evident in everything they do i.e. they have an open forum that allows teams to speak directly with the senior team - A fun place to work - Great career progression opportunities

Cons

- Not really a con, but a face paced environment juggling multiple priorities so may not be suitable for someone that prefers a laid back setting
