      A rewarding but challenging place to work

      Pros

      OPEN Heath is a rewarding place to work; management cares about employees, evidenced by the many opportunities for employee development as well as their attention to employee satisfaction and feedback. Projects are interesting, though can be challenging, and project directors are available for guidance. There are opportunities to publish and/or present your work.

      Cons

      It's consulting - you're not guaranteed a 40-hour work week and can be at the whim of your client's demands. Not a position that you can coast through.

      Pros

      Great training & onboarding, and good attempt at socializing during COVID. Lovely clients and fantastic exposure to a wide variety of scenarios and indications.

      Cons

      Poor pay for hours worked, ridiculous overtime, very understaffed, undervalued and mostly senior management have no problem lying to junior members whilst keeping clear of making any valuable changes.
