      - Lots of opportunities for growth and internal moves - Talented digital team and technical expertise - Lovely, friendly people - Fun, sociable opportunities if wanted - Sub team cultures, so feels like smaller agencies within a big agency

      Cons

      - Generally quite fast-paced and evolving, so may not suit everyone - Generally pretty busy, so proactive work/life balance management required

      Pros

      Provide flexible working hours. Provide robust training & development programme, and allocate time for employees to dedicate to further job learning. Each team is able to develop its own subculture within the larger organisation.

      Cons

      The staffing model and skillset doesn't match the new prospects and overall ambitions so puts a lot of strain on some teams.
