      Terrible pay, no benefits, no guaranteed hours

      Day passed quickly, SOME decent vehicles to transport.

      Cons

      All of the above + often dangerous, unroadworthy vehicles. Much, much worse when the snow starts to fly. Definitely NOT worth the lousy $16 per hour, and never knowing if you'd get a full shift in. A very long drive to the boonies for very little compensation.

      Pros

      There’s been a huge change in management and it is going pretty well! Everyone seems to be getting their morale boosted and I hope it gets better.

      Cons

      There are still some leaders that need to improve their management. Politics is still there but we’re hoping that it will be wiped clean.
