      Training is very thorough and spaced out so you don't feel overwhelmed or stressed. goals, policy and procedures are clear. They also offer a TON of online training that you can take advantage of to expand your knowledge and reach your goals. Also they send you swag and reward you for random things (ex they sent me a pair of airpods for participating in a zoom call)

      I have been employed for a month, I came from a competitor we will call them east pond. I really don't have anything to put in the CON category after knowing what its like working for other companies in the same field. it really has been great so far.

      - Hybrid Working - Friendly HR Team - Open door policy, and happy to listen and try to work things out. - Pleasant Office Building - Majority of the team are all helpful and friendly

      Cons

      - A little "Top Heavy" on staff with a "Manager" title, resulting in a bit of book passing, and power tripping.
