      Self-motivated work environment. Opportunities to learn many aspects of the business. Ability to boost your pay based on work performance.

      Cons

      Upward advancement opportunities are slim. Management is often disconnected from workers on the ground. Company does not seem to be changing with the times. Work smarter attitude is not embraced.
