      Pros

      A fair company with consistent business practices. LOVE my day to day interactions with the auto dealers in my territory and I will genuinely miss that. I do think that the local auction has a lot to do with ones success or happiness with this position and I was lucky to have a great one.

      Cons

      It’s not an easy job. But if it is something you enjoy, you can be successful at it.
