Cons

Not many Cons that you wouldn't normally find in a work place I assume. Usually petty finger pointing as expected, human nature, nobody accountable for anything, but that's everywhere.

Nice on-boarding experience. Invested in both associate & management development program. Work from home is a plus! Free onsite gym! Great place to work. FUN is a core value.

Cons

Some areas are a bit crowded but there are plans in the works to address that. It is in Carmel (lots of traffic) but it's easy access from the interstate.
