the pay is not great at all. ive been here 3 years and ive only increased my hourly wage by one dollar and 7 cents! my salary should be at least $18 by now. Pay SUCKS.

Great benefits, good pay, plus I had an awesome team and excellent leadership that cared about me as a person, not just a cog in a corporate machine.

Cons

They sold my part of the company so about half of the company doesn't work there any more.
