Decent benefits and paid time off

Cons

Horrible Training program, just push you into job with no assistance.All training done via ancient computer training and conference calls. NOT HELPFUL! Expections High for poor work environment. A lot of turnover and Corporate has no loyalty to workers, no matter how long you have been with Company, but Expect complete loyalty to them. Too many Rules about your Personal Choices, cant do any thing you want without prior permission. like buy a car! or Date someone. Very Controlling

The benefits are fair, hours are accommodating, and majority of the employee are fair.

Cons

The good old boy system you are either in or out with management. They tend to like you or hate and if they do forget your out. Bad communication and a lot of favoritism.
