Pros

There are some truly brilliant people within the organization.

Cons

Executive leadership is out of touch and tone-deaf In the process of eliminating majority of staff to replace them with a BPO in the Philippines Lack of resources is abundant Technology and product teams are in complete disarray Future business plan is built to fail miserably Will exploit your loyalty with minimal wage increases and an over abundance of new responsibilities with no tools to accomplish your work

Pros

Access to work with some of the latest technologies in the industry. Work environment is professional. They are a leader in their industry which is motivational. Senior leadership is solid. Equipment for developers is readily available.

Cons

I can't speak for all lines of businesses but the one I worked for felt very disconnected from the rest of the company. I don't think this is intentional but just a bi-product of a large growing organization. I experienced regular turnover in my line of business which complicated the applications I worked on. I witnessed very little -- if any, recognition for our line of business. Free access to an important technology learning site (books, videos, courses) was being removed.
