      Pros

      Benefits, work environment, job stability (only because you’ve over worked) Company as a whole is outstanding!!!

      Cons

      You have to be with the “in” crowd or they will fire you as a contractor. I’ve seen it with my own eyes - a girl being pushed out because she just didn’t like her. Probably because she spoke up for herself. Management and or the Lead felt threatened it what is was. So as long as you kiss the bosses booty and the lead’s you will be treated fair. Might even get special treatment!

      The people there are amazing and welcoming, they really want to see others succeed and always help each other out.

      Cons

      The work can get stressful and there is a lot to be done especially since the company is growing so rapidly.

      tough industry but can meet some good people

      Made some strong connections, and the benefits have been slowly improving.

      Cons

      pay for most has been a sore subject for most people. Retention challenges in a few areas, and a lack of system integration between business units.
