Pros

There are some good people here. Pay and benefits are competitive, and there is opportunity to be involved in the community.

Cons

Many of the managers in I.T. view employees as objects to further their own careers. Competent I.T. professionals are forced out in favor of yes-men who tell management what they want to hear.

Pros

Time off and work hour flexibility. Some great people work here. 401k match and centrally located stock options. Talented people work!

Cons

This company swallows other companies and expects cohesion immediately. When in reality the business units operate individually and don't seem to have a desire to work as one company. Directives in dealing with individual business units are framed in treating certain situations with kid gloves. There are always points of contention with some of the leadership of those units. Morale is low and the attempts at bring fun into the work place gets lost. There is no focus on training and developing employees. HR does not show any interest in creating policy or procedure to aid employees. Nepotism and favoritism run this company from the top! And most of all no diversity in leadership or management.
