      Pros

      Great team of colleahues. Plenty of opportunity to learn and develop yourself. They have a diverse workforce. Competitive pay with excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Company merger has changed the corporate culture. It went from midsize privately held company to a large public company. I have heard with all the changes its nog as enjoyable anh longer. Its the typical corporate merger story.

      Great co-workers; mutual support and internal communication.

      Cons

      The company is run with a 70's IT-centric mentality. The overly paranoid security needs of IT supersede the needs of the business; what should take a qualified IT support person, a couple of minutes, can take hours or days because of the security hurdles. IT support has one hand tied behind their back, at every turn. No concern for effective systems. Very little opportunity for growth
