Some department leaders are not engaging Work culture went downhill after 2019 Spent millions on a shiny new building, which is under utilized Pay is under the market value

Good benefits, average compensation, good PTO

Cons

Very high turnover. In the 6+ years I worked here saw several large layoffs. Senior leadership often provides vague and scattered strategy. I would try to steer projects in the right direction, only to have some middle manager swoop in and offer their “big brain” ideas. Very little opportunity to advance your career.

I have never worked at a company that cares less about it's employees. The benefits are a joke, no upward mobility, lots of leadership turnover, leadership constantly changes their direction, co-workers will publicly humiliate you without repercussion, people are generally out for themselves. I have never worked for a worse company.
