There's lots of work to be done if you need a job.

Cons

No training, pay is under market, suggestions to improve processes are ignored.

Pros

The people are amazing! Location is great and people genuinely want to do the right thing. The culture is wonderful and they are starting to get more involved with their employees. Work life balance for most is fantastic.

Cons

Training is lacking for those in newly appointed roles. It is disheartening because you believe that upper management wants you to succeed and grow, however, they don't seem to want to offer the training and guidance. But as soon as you produce work that shows the current level of your knowledge or skill set, they blame you and don't take ownership for not developing you.

Pros

Good benefits package, nothing else.

Cons

They are the parent company for Adesa Auctions, AutoVin, Automotive Finance Corp, Preferred Warranty, Dent Demon. Upper management are all unscrupulous and are very quick to blame others for their downfalls. If you are a butt kisser and willing to be part of the boys club, by all means, you need to apply.
