Unlimited PTO, can’t think of anything else

Cons

They say they care, but they really don’t. Three comp plans so far in 2021. Unrealistic goals.. Micro management is at a level I have never seen or heard of before anywhere. Leaders are completely tone deaf, know everything, everyone, but yet can’t get anything done. Move on and keep looking.

Cons

Low pay per flag hour-yet expect top notch tech, no real advancement, no flexibilty, false promises. They do not supply proper equipment for job. Very outdated equipment.
