Benefit offerings are great but premiums are above average in cost.some departments seem more segregated than others.

Technical diversity and the ability to advance your technical skills.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Too much of focus on technical skill development and not on career/personal development. Basically if you want to gain a technical skill work here if you want a more well rounded career development don't work here.
