      Pros

      Outdoor job, minimal interaction with bosses, health insurance, and PTO.

      Cons

      pay is not great, managers/ higher-ups don't care about you or your safety concerns, also some bosses play favorites and are against you instead of being a part of a team, and some bosses wait for a chance to throw you under the bus to the higher-ups instead of finding solutions to your concerns.

      Management does not know how to manage tech teams. They come from an "old school" physical auction business and are now being asked to manage tech workers.
