Decent work/life balance for my position. My manager was great, but I can't say anything positive about the upper management in this company.
Cons
Upper management has no direction. On multiple occasions during my employment, they paid hundreds of millions of dollars to acquire other companies, only to fail at integrating them properly, eventually shutting down their operations. There was lots of turnover and job insecurity all the time. My position was changed several times. They're in never-ending transition. In addition, most of their products are inferior to their competitors, which makes selling them more difficult. Not to mention, their most recent acquisition (Backlot Cars) does NOT go by NAAA arbitration standards, like nearly every other auction on the planet. Dealers are left relatively unprotected when purchasing vehicles on this platform. Most of them know about this, which is one more obstacle to overcome when selling the product. Health insurance is average quality, but high priced.
